Shipping Time:

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free standard shipping — details will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking:

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist. Bow Beau Poppy is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help locate it.
